MEN, ALMOST BIRDS

Description

Title: Men Almost Birds

Men Almost Birds is a work that explores duality and balance as essential forces of human existence. Two suspended bronze figures cling to a taut brass line
, a point of union that represents the delicate boundary between the impulse to rise and the weight that keeps us anchored to the world.

Each figure embodies the desire to move forward, to transform, to overcome the symbolic gravity that conditions life. The suspension and curve of the brass evoke movement, tension, and the
search for inner balance: a frozen moment where the human being is—literally and metaphorically—halfway between man and bird.

The work invites us to contemplate that moment when everything is possible, when a small push is enough to take flight or, conversely, to return to the ground. A metaphor for the constant challenge
between what we are and what we aspire to be.
