Pancho Porto

Sculptor

Pancho Porto is a sculptor. He works with bronze using traditional casting techniques such as lost wax casting, shaping contemporary works laden with symbolism, criticism, and formal beauty. Each piece is handcrafted from start to finish in his workshop on the banks of the Sarela River (Santiago de Compostela).

His work seeks to unite the conceptual and the physical: sculptures that speak of identity, technology, balance, and environment. Works designed to coexist with them, to integrate into everyday life without losing their artistic, intimate, and unique character.

Bronze is his material of choice: noble, resistant, and full of memory. He uses it to create limited edition sculptures, each one different from the next, with unique finishes and patinas. High-quality, handmade art, with a museum-worthy quality but designed to be close to people.

Welcome to the sculptural universe of Pancho Porto.
